The PaperVision Enterprise Advanced Administration Pack (Administration Pack) offers larger enterprises unparalleled security and convenience. The Administration Pack enhances PaperVision Enterprise (PVE) system administration and facilitates powerful, yet elegantly simple storage replication. PaperVision Enterprise Directory Manager

Automated importing and indexing of any electronic file from any source.

PaperVision Enterprise Directory Manager is available as a part of our ImageSilo® service or as an optional, affordable, component of PaperVision Enterprise. Directory Manager automates the importing and indexing of electronic files directly into the document and content management system. Directory Manager works with any electronic file from any source or media, including images, scanned documents from network scanners, digital photocopiers or fax servers, as well as original electronic files on individual workstations. All corporate electronic assets can be automatically imported and effortlessly managed by the enterprise document and content management system.

PaperVision Enterprise Report Manager

Automatically process text data into practical electronic format.

PaperVision Enterprise Report Management (Report Management) is an optional, separately licensed module to PaperVision Enterprise and ImageSilo®, featuring a text print stream processing engine that organizes, indexes and displays electronic reports. Many organizations depend on large mainframe AS/400 systems and other high volume computing solutions to crunch through mountains of printed data supporting mission critical applications such as invoicing, human resources, or inventory management. This data commonly originates as ASCII or EBCDIC textual print streams formatted for high speed line printers. Report Management provides the most efficient method to capture, process, store and distribute these reports as an integral part of your document and content management system, giving you the ability to access, print, fax and distribute the data anytime, anywhere.

OCRFlow works in conjunction with PaperFlow and PaperVision® Enterprise to provide text-based search capabilities. It allows a user to find any word among an unlimited range of documents.

QC Flow

Guarantees quality of documents.

QCFlow verifies that captured data has been scanned and indexed properly. If so, you rest easy. If not, QCFlow provides a host of intuitive, manual and automated tools to render data precisely correct. Avoid costly mistakes.
